Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and client base. Your primary focus will be on fostering strategic relationships, identifying opportunities, and securing engagements with companies seeking temporary staff proficient in finance, audit, and ESG disciplines. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development and a robust network of industry contacts.

  • Client Engagement: Utilize your extensive network to identify and engage potential clients seeking temporary staffing solutions in finance, audit, and ESG sectors.

  • Brand Expansion: Elevate the visibility and brand recognition of our consultancy through strategic marketing initiatives, industry events, and thought leadership engagements.

  • Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify business opportunities aligned with our service offerings, fostering new partnerships and nurturing existing client relationships.

  • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from client engagement to service delivery.

  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, market shifts, and client needs to refine our service offerings and remain competitive.

  • Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in business development within finance, audit, or ESG domains, or in a related recruitment capacity.

  • Industry Expertise: In-depth understanding of finance, audit, and ESG disciplines, coupled with a track record of success in identifying and securing business opportunities within these sectors.
